It is said that a man complained to Judge Qaraqosh about his opponent's procrastination in paying a debt.
The debtor said to "Qaraqosh": "O Mawlana, I am a poor man, and if I saved money for him and the date of payment came, I searched for him everywhere and I could not find him, and if I spent the money that I saved for him, he came and demanded me.
Qaraqosh ruled: Lock up the owner of the debt, so that if the debtor saves his money, he will find him and pay him.
So the debtor waived his right and went.
